Ensure that your message is correct and intended for the correct audience. Use the right level of language as well as check for any grammatical errors in your message. Nothing is worse than embarrassing grammar mistakes.

Your message has to cover all relevant areas or potential questions your audience might be curious about. An incomplete message often indicates negligence on your part. A completed message would make it easier for the audience to digest your message and sway them towards your idea.

Ensure that any information presented in your message is true and backed with evidence, such as analytics. This will prevent misinterpretation or misunderstanding. By making sure that your message is concrete, it will also increase the credibility of your message.
