Overview

This course will provide a better understanding of engineering principles and practical aspect of design considerations like sizing, rating and many more. More information on pipeline defects, determining pipeline integrity, cracks, corrosion, and other possible failures and damages will also be shared. This will help to prepare safe operation and prevention of any incidents. Gas pipeline integrity threats, consequences, introduction to risk based inspection and development of inspection programs based on RBI shall be discussed. This course will also give you the opportunity to assemble in groups to discuss plant and field case histories and the solutions will be presented.
