Strategic Automatic Target Recogition and Non-Coperative Target Recognition
28th November 2015
Overview
This 2-day training workshop seeks to provide delegates the abilitiy to capture a holistic view about Automatic Target Recognition (ATR) and Non-Cooperative Target Recognition (NCR). This workshop will cover fundamental classification technique applied to data from a range of radar modes and selected advanced application at the forefront of research.
Who Should Attend
- Project Managers, Software and Systems Engineers concerned with integrating imaging sensors into intelligence, robotics, diagnostic or weapon systems
- Military operators involved in developing or evaluating systems for target recognition/combat ID
- Military and Intelligence Imagery Analysts and Mission Managers involved in target recognition
- System Analysis and Desginers engaged in the design or analysis of ATR systems for military application
- Business development and marketing personnel who need a headstart in ATR technology
Benefits of Attending
- Gain insight into performance of different approaches to the classifier algorithm
- Develop ways in which natural systems perform target recognition
- Identify problems related to target recognition found in ground, maritime and air domains
- Understand the impact of compressive sensing
- Master advances in change detection, including coherent change detection
- Establish improvement in performance to be gained when a target can be viewed from more than one perspective
- Comprehend impact of image quality on the overall target recognition performance
- Discover challenges and directions for future research
