Overview
By the end of this 3 days course, participants will learn how to conduct an assessment to evaluate their organizational readiness towards a succession planning process and later identify competencies for key positions, will learn to identify candidates, creating individual development plans and creating a succession plan.
Information on the relationship between succession planning and talent managemen,crucial information regarding the development and implementation of a succession plan will be provided. Throughout the workshop, participants will engage in multiple activities in a highly interactive way.
